An otherwise solid and intelligent office worker with sporadic consistency in terms of goal setting may be a serious management headache in his/her office because goals are not being met and consequently the rest of the team may be suffering.
However, this same office worker, may be setting, achieving and even overachieving their goals on the golf course.
Same individual, same IQ, same EQ with the obvious difference being PASSION.
