TIm O'Reilly mentions TripIt, an upcoming service for frequent travelers that sounds like an opportunity to automate several chores. He quotes TripIt CEO and Co-founder Gregg Brockway:

Any comments on user/customer experiences so far? The company is up since October 2006, so probably not.
