Somehow the older we get is also the more amazingly consistent our tunnel vision gets.
To Gary Evans above. That nice paragraph that you wrote, I would distill it down to a single word - passion.
An otherwise solid and intelligent office worker with sporadic consistency in terms of goal setting may be a serious management headache in his/her office because goals are not being met and consequently the rest of the team may be suffering.
However, this same office worker, may be setting, achieving and even overachieving their goals on the golf course.
Same individual, same IQ, same EQ with the obvious difference being PASSION.
