We’ve had half day courses in our office that’s kind of been of a similar nature. A management team that had been set up to commission a new product line was receiving negative feedback at every point. The course was advantageous to both ourselves and the management team, and allowed us to communicate at an amicable level. Without it I think there may be a few dismissals.
