sehr gut deckt sich mit meinen Erfahrungen vor Ort
viel unnützer Ballast wenig Sachkompetenz
kein hinterfragen ob die eingeübten Abläufe auch sinnvoll sind

arbeite selber schon jahrelang mit dem KOPF Modell da gibt es solche Probleme nicht weil man sich planerisch zu 90 % in der Realität bewegt
