I went with eLance

Although I wasn’t going for something as technical as web design, I’ve been gradually paying my assistant more than the original bid ($2 per hour) over the last few months.

I’ve had so much success with him that I am working on a free ebook on highly effective communication with Virtual Assistants in an effort to move your VA a step above just VA, into what I call a “virtual clone.”

If you’re still looking for more information on this, you can check out my website. 4HWW was great for the ideas, but not exactly the best at helping the really little guy (in terms of budget and diplomatic skill) to get ahead.

Good luck!
